Hexarelin

 Hexarelin is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP) that stimulates GH release by acting on the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). It is part of the GHRP family and is known for its potent GH-releasing activity. Hexarelin has been studied for its potential in treating GH deficiency, muscle wasting, and cardiovascular diseases.
