IGF-1 LR3
IGF-1 LR3 (Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 Long R3) is a synthetic analog of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), a key mediator of growth hormone's effects. IGF-1 LR3 is modified to have a longer half-life and greater potency than native IGF-1. It promotes cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation, making it essential for tissue repair, muscle growth, and overall development.
Research has explored IGF-1 LR3's potential in muscle building, fat loss, and recovery from injuries. By activating the PI3K-Akt and MAPK signaling pathways, IGF-1 LR3 enhances protein synthesis, inhibits protein degradation, and promotes the proliferation of satellite cells, which are critical for muscle repair and regeneration.
